Rebecca DeYoung brings more than 20 years of diverse experience to her role as Client Service and Marketing Manager at Hillis Financial Services. Rebecca’s dynamic and energetic approach to her work is contagious to both the Hillis team and their clients. She provides the Hillis team with invaluable insight and expertise, providing for an exceptional experience for the firm’s clients.

Over the course of her career Rebecca has managed the operations and daily activities of marketing departments, overseen department budgets, coordinated special events and successfully supported companies in a range of industries to include insurance, architecture and engineering, petroleum and construction management.

Prior to joining Hillis Financial Services in 2017, Rebecca spent eleven years with Midlands Management Corporation in the roles of Marketing Representative, Marketing Assistant and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Rebecca had the honor of being named the Most Valuable Employee of 2008 for Midlands.

Before joining the Midlands team, Rebecca served as an Administrative Assistant for The Benham Companies and Factor/W.R. Hess Company, both located in Oklahoma.

Rebecca received her degrees in Secretarial Education and Computer Applied Accounting from Gordon Cooper Technology Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
