Jeanne Dusan brings more than 32 years financial services industry experience to her role as Director of Client Services at Hillis Financial Services. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Jeanne spent more than two decades gaining valuable experience in the banking, mortgage and real estate industries. Over the course of her career Jeanne managed office operations, quality control, customer service, loan processing and compliance functions. She also has experience as both a loan officer and licensed real estate professional.
Her professional experience gained over nearly three decades translates to an exceptional customer service experience for clients of Hillis Financial Services. Jeanne is adept at handling a broad range of client inquiries, opening new accounts, maintaining compliance related documentation and ensuring any questions she is unable to answer are fielded to the right team members in an expeditious manner.
She is responsible for maintenance of audit and compliance documentation, scheduling and preparing updates for client appointments, relaying general company information to prospective clients and referrals, and organizing client events. Jeanne also assists with internet account access and e-mail issues.
Jeanne is a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.
