Caroline M. Delaney is Executive Vice President of Hillis Financial Services. Caroline brings more than 27 years experience in the areas of asset management, retirement planning, 401(k) and similar employer-sponsored retirement plans, estate planning and preservation, and strategic tax reduction planning.
Caroline focuses on helping clients pursue specific financial goals through strategic asset allocation. Her comprehensive approach to wealth management helps ensure portfolio investments are closely monitored for potential impact from changing economic and market conditions, as well as changes in individual client circumstances. She recommends and aligns estate and tax planning strategies based on individual needs and objectives.
Caroline received a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University. She began her career as a financial services industry professional in 1984, as an Economic Analyst at C.S. First Boston. In 1988, she accepted an opportunity at Kidder, Peabody to help individual investors manage their investments. She joined Smith Barney in 1996 to assist top executives at Fortune 500 companies develop stock option planning and diversification strategies.
Caroline has two children, Patrick and Christian, and one Labrador retriever named Teddy. She is an avid tennis player and golfer and a past Board member for the Grand View League of Silicon Valley, a fundraising arm of the American Cancer Society.
